How to bake apricot kernels in 4 easy steps?

How to prepare them?

Step 1: Soak the nuts in a little water, drain them and roast them in a dry pan. Step 2: Roast the nuts in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, stirring them every 30-60 seconds so they don't burn and can roast evenly. Step 3: Once they are ready, wait about 10 minutes for them to cool in the pan and transfer them to a bowl. Step 4. salt and so you bake them. If you want them to be bittersweet - still warm after baking you can roll them in a little brown sugar, ground into powder. This will strike a balance between their naturally slightly bitter taste and the sweetness of the sugar.   Have a nice crunch!
