Time to soak raw nuts and seeds

Did you know that before you eat raw nuts and seeds, you should soak them to get the most out of them? When we soak nuts, they become alive, the amount of vitamins increases, we absorb them much easier and so we do not lose the minerals. This step is very important if you want to enjoy the nuts as much as possible and not let them harm you, of course.   We share with you the right way to soak raw nuts and seeds:
  • Soak them in lukewarm water and leave a few centimetres on top
  • Add Himalayan salt because it neutralizes substances that block digestive enzymes
  • Cover the pot and wait for them to soak nicely. Then rinse them with water.
And remember - the longer you soak them, the better! If you have the time, it's best to leave them overnight. And if not, 20 minutes is enough. When they are ready, it is good to store them in the refrigerator and eat them within 24 hours. Well, now you've learned the right way to snack on nuts. Act, then add them to lunch and enjoy!
